Behavior Therapist (BT)

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development or a related field
  • ABA experience preferred
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Comfortable working with children who display behavior problems
  • Reliable transportation & proof of auto insurance
  • Willingness to drive to patient’s homes and schools
  • Must pass TB test
  • Must pass criminal background check

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Must be an RBT (registered behavior technician) or willing to become one – see www.bacb.com – RBT FAQs for more information
  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development or a related field
  • Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team
  • Comfortable working with children who display behavior problems
  • Ability to collaborate with supervisors in program development, modification and report writing as appropriate
  • ABA experience preferred, minimum of 1 year working with children is required

Case Manager (CM)

  • Completed Master’s degree in a related field is required
  • Strong ABA and clinical skills
  • Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team player attitude and customer service orientation
  • Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred)
  • Have previous clinical experience as an autism service provider
  • Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA clinicians

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Strong and clinical skills
  • Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team player attitude and customer service orientation
  • Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred)

  • Have previous clinical experience as an autism service provider
